Located in Gauteng's ever-expanding northern suburbs, Morning Glen is a hub of activity ripe for expansion. Colliers is working with SA Centres and LPA Architects to enlarge the centre to include a second floor, increasing the total area to 16 057 m². The second floor will give shopper's more retail choices without sacrificing the centre's friendly and accessible atmosphere.

Colliers involvement in this refurbishment entails leasing, tenant mix and tenant co-ordination. With plans to expand the Pick 'n Pay and a commitment from Woolworths, smaller retailers are eager to be a part of the centre's expansion. Collier's research of the area’s demographics will allow us to determine which of these smaller retailers will be valuable tenants.
