Colliers International Business Park is situated on a 10 hectare site in Goodwood, the Western Cape's industrial hub. Just 14 kilometres from the Cape Town CBD, the Park is easily accessed by the N1 or the N2. 

The first phase of development, re-tenanting 38 000 m² of existing buildings, attracted a large number of blue chip manufacturing and distribution tenants. Phase two will see the development of the remaining 20 000 m^² into new industrial and manufacturing units ranging in size from 250 m² to 12 000 m².

Units will be available for occupation over the next 12 to 18 months.
