Ricky Fertig

Colliers International Group CEO, Ricky Fertig, is personally involved in Colliers Developments, bring energy and entrepreneurship to the sourcing and development of property assets for both Colliers International clients, as well as the companies own shareholders. Since the acquisition of Colliers some eight years ago, Ricky has been the driving force behind building a portfolio of well positioned, high yielding commercial properties.

 

 

 

Barry Wessels

Executive Director of Developments, Barry Wessels, joined Colliers in 1998, has a BSc Building and brings extensive knowledge and experience in Construction and Property Development to Colliers. Prior to his relocation to Cape Town in 2006, he was our Regional Director Kwazulu Natal. Barry has played a pivotal role in a number of Regional Shopping Centre Developments and is currently focused on Commercial and Industrial Developments in the Western Cape. He has commenced with a Masters in Property Studies at University of Cape Town.
